How to Install Jellybean on Galaxy S3 [Android 4.1.1]
Step 1. Root your Galaxy S3 with CWM recovery, you can google for guides.
Step 2. Download and Copy ROM zip and Google Apps zip to your internal SD Card [download from XDA thread]
Step 3. Boot into Recovery (CWM recovery)
Step 4. Perform a complete Wipe/Factory Reset.
Step 5. Flash the Android 4.1.1 JB ROM zip by choosing “choose zip ” from CWM recovery.
Step 6. Now flash Google apps.
Reboot and you’re done.
