Yahoo had recently launched Yahoo Messenger for iOS & had said that Android version is coming soon.
Luckily enough, one of the developers managed to handon from the leaked MyTouch ROM.
The app is fully working and stable, and Yahoo Messenger video works out of the box.immediately (see below).

Yahoo Messenger for Android Review
The app is capable of switching among front and rear cameras at a flip of a moment, while showing PIP (picture in picture).
The video quality on the front camera might actually be better than the rear camera due to optimizations Yahoo has put into this app. The video is compressed, and expecting god quality is certainly wrong, but still its smooth and performs well on both Wifi & 3G.
